What I do centers around emotional support, nervous system balance, and creating space for healing in gentle ways. As an intuitive energy healer, I focus on helping people identify and release trapped emotions that may be weighing on the body, mind, or spirit. My sessions and custom essential oil roller blends are created to support grounding, emotional balance, clarity, and reconnection to self.

I know many people carry deep emotional wounds from stress, trauma, grief, burnout, or difficult life experiences — including religious trauma. Unprocessed emotions can affect how we move through daily life, relationships, creativity, and our sense of peace within ourselves. Along with energy services, I also create self-care products and offer supportive services for children and pets, because emotional wellness matters for the whole family.
